At Pretty4Paws, we want you to adore your jewellery as much as we love creating it. If there is nothing wrong with the jewellery but you changed you mind after purchase, we'll be very sad about it, but we will try our best to assist you.
Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth returns process.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items on sale or customised/personalised products cannot be returned.
- Earrings can not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
Return Shipping Costs

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free exchange label. Customers are responsible for covering theĀ return delivery cost for items returned due to a change of mind or preference.
- For international customers, we recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- As a small, independent business, we dedicate resources to offering high-quality jewellery and a 2-year warranty. To continue supporting our mission of helping stray cats, we kindly ask for your understanding in covering the shipping fees for replacements or returns.
How to Request a Return
If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps:

Provide Order Details: Include your order number, item details, and the reason for your return.
- Approval: Once your return is approved, youāll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weāll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10Ā business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
- Please note: Delivery costs (both the original and return delivery fees) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, weāll make it right. Please contact us at hello@pretty4paws.comĀ within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos clearly showing the damage.
In this case, weāll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
