WHAT DOES WARRANTY COVER?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:
- Broken chains, clasps, or fasteners.
- Tarnishing, discolouration, or plating issues unrelated to normal wear.
- Missing or damaged charms upon delivery.
This warranty does not cover:
- Faded plating due to regular wear; over time, gold plating may naturally fade with frequent wear, exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, and lotions.
- Accidental damage (e.g. scratches, dents, or breaks caused by dropping or mishandling the jewellery).
- Damage caused by improper care (e.g., exposure to chemicals, excessive moisture, or rough handling).
- Lost items or theft.
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
If you experience an issue with your Pretty4Paws jewellery within two years of purchase, follow these steps to make a warranty claim:

Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your order number, purchase date, and proof of purchase.

Describe the Issue: Share a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Our Review: Once we receive your claim, our team will assess it within 3–5 business days.

Resolution: If your claim is approved, we’ll offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement piece (if the same item is no longer available, you’ll receive a similar design same value).
- Store credit equivalent to the purchase price.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS
