We’re offering FREE shipping across the UAE on all orders of two or more items. For those living in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, or Umm Al Quwain, next-day delivery is available if you place your order before 1 PM. Your package will be delivered by Quickup courier, so please make sure to provide the correct mobile number at checkout to avoid any delays.

We now ship worldwide with FedEx!

For most countries, we are offering FREE worldwide shipping above 400 AED.

We do our best to get your treasures to you as quickly as possible—usually within 3 days—but please allow some extra time just in case, especially for international orders. Customs processes can sometimes cause unexpected delays.

For international deliveries, we’re unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur once the package has left the UAE.

As for taxes and duties, these are the responsibility of the receiver. If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we’ll deduct the return shipping cost and any UAE customs charges from your refund.
